All Federation meetings take place on the fourth Monday of each month, except for December when there is no meeting. Should the fourth Monday fall on a holiday, there will be a special announcement to reschedule the date. Board of Controls meetings are at St Paul Lutheran Church, 5433 Madison Road, Cincinnati, OH. Executive Board meetings are at the Historic Jefferson Ice House Office at 3220 Jefferson Ave.
